Confidence is more than positive thinking
Affirmations can be useful, but they struggle when the body is still responding as though being seen or making a mistake is unsafe.
You may understand the issue perfectly and still notice that your body or behaviour responds before logic has time to catch up. My work combines psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to identify the automatic pattern and help your mind learn a different response.
Where you want confidence to show up
We make the work tangible: speaking in meetings, setting boundaries, attending events, applying for opportunities or allowing yourself to be visible without constant self-assessment.
We can focus on:
- Public speaking
- Imposter feelings
- Social confidence
- Boundaries and assertiveness
